Return & Replacement Policy

We take great care in producing and packaging your fine art prints. However, if your order arrives damaged or is defective, we’ll make it right—with a replacement.

Eligibility

Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for replacement.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Required Return of Damaged Items

To receive a replacement, the damaged item must be returned to us. We will provide a prepaid return label once your claim is approved.

How to Submit a Claim

Please email us at info@rhkphotography.net with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damage or defect

A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and ship a replacement after receiving the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size or format ordered

Color discrepancies due to screen calibration
