We currently accept orders for delivery to the countries available in our country selector and at checkout. Shipping availability, cost, and estimated delivery time are confirmed during checkout.

Payment, Production & Delivery Times

Each print is made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow:

    Payment processing time: 1-5 business days

    Production and delivery after payment processing:

         U.S. & Canada: approximately 11 business days

         Europe: approximately 12 business days

         Other international: approximately 14 to 16 business days

These estimates aren’t guaranteed. Customs processing or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Maximum order shipping weight
Our automated checkout supports orders with a combined shipping weight of up to 5.0 kg (11 lb). If your cart exceeds 5.0 kg, please divide the items into separate orders, each weighing no more than 5.0 kg. Shipping charges are calculated separately for each order and displayed at checkout. If you need assistance placing a larger order, please contact us before purchasing.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, and we will alert our email subscribers when this happens.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:

    Unframed prints are shipped in sturdy tubes or flat mailers

    Framed prints are double-boxed with protective padding

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

Customs & Duties

Orders delivered to the United States and the EU destinations we serve are not subject to import VAT/GST, customs duties, or carrier fees on delivery under our print partner’s current shipping arrangements.

For orders delivered to United Kingdom (above £135), United States (above $800.00), Canada, Switzerland, Singapore, China, Costa Rica, Iceland, Malaysia, Mexico, South Africa, or Jersey, the recipient may be charged import VAT/GST, customs duties, and/or carrier brokerage fees on delivery. These charges are not included in the price or shipping amount shown at checkout and are the recipient’s responsibility. The amount, if any, is determined by the destination’s authorities and carrier. WhiteWall ships under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms, so any such charges are not paid in advance on your behalf.
